I really don't understand how Dean can manage to laugh at the fact that hes about to leave his daughter and family behind to venture off once again with Sal. It seemed he was beginning to maybe progress and even mature a little, but it is now clear he's still the same crazy, irresponsible person he's been all along. I was almsot kind of disappointed in him. I thought that he had potential to pull himself together, but the fact that he left his baby daughter for a roadtrip, frankly just disappoints me.
I also don't know why people are so generous to Sal. They always seem to want to help him get by, when clearly, he is undeserving. He should have to earn his money, and live a life he deserves, instead of constantly mooching off others. I just want to tell him to GROW UP! And why is he so obsessed with Dean? It's a little weird. He sticks up for him like he's a big brother who he admires. It's like no matter how he treats him, he always wants to be seen as the good guy in his life. Sal needs to realize that he needs to stop constantly tending to Dean, and that Dean needs to give him a little respect in return.
