Contradiction
I'm really starting to think that the amount of contradiction in this book is getting kind of excessive. For example, everyday he seems to change his mind over whether California is the best or the worst place in the world, and sometimes he even switches multiple times a day. Now, I understand that Kerouac was high when he wrote this, and this contradiction ties in with the whole "first thought best thought" philosophy of the beats, but I seriously think that its getting over the top. Is this bothering anyone else?
