Someone earlier was wondering whether Sal really loves Terry or not. i don't think he does, i think that like with every other girl or woman he sees, he just becomes obsessed almost, i definitely don't think it's love. Also, she still thinks that he's a college boy, he doesn't tell her the truth and they really don't talk at all, he's just in it for the sex and the companionship. Loneliness is also more key in these chapters, because even though he was living with Lee Ann and Remi, everyone was constantly fighting and working...he had no one really to talk to.
